Pan-Fried Fish

    fish, fillets (any type of fish)
1/4 pound butter
    salt – to taste
    pepper – to taste
  • heat a cast iron frying pan on an open campfire;
  • melt the butter;
  • toss in the fish, sprinkle with salt and pepper (to taste).
  • eat the fish as soon as it is flaky.
